22.12.2009MULTIPLE CHARITIES TO BENEFIT THIS HOLIDAY SEASON FROM GENEROUS DONATIONS BY Tishman International Companies and GE Real Estate. Los Angeles-based Tishman International Companies, a leading international commercial real estate development and management company, and GE Real Estate, are pleased to announce that the firms have given generous donations to multiple Bulgarian orphanages this holiday season.
Chosen by Tishman employees, the orphanages included were P.R.Slaveikov - Pirotska, Dom Za Detsa – Dagalevtsi, St. Ivan Rilski – Tsar Boris, Hristo Botev- Hipodruma and Asen Zlatarov- Nadejda. Each facility provides temporary accommodations, for children of all ages, who are deprived of parental care. Donations included essential items such as bed sheets, food, bath stands and mirrors and gym equipment, to name a few.
“We are proud to be able to continue to contribute to such a worthy cause during this holiday season,” said Alan D. Levy, chairman of Tishman International. “Tishman International and GE Real Estate take great satisfaction participating in philanthropic activities for organizations that are in great need,” he added.
